Children like to play. When they exercise, they play too, and as long as the fun continues, no special encouragement is needed. Children relatively rarely get injured, even when they fall. They easily perform squats, bends, jumps, swings - without resistance and without fear, and sometimes even without warming up. They breathe naturally, tighten and relax your muscles. One could only dream about such abilities.
Most adults have lost their childhood joy of exercise - they often associate it with strenuous but necessary work-out, overcoming reluctance to exercise, and even the pain associated with, for example, stretching. Fortunately, a spontaneous, childlike approach compensate awareness of the need to motion, and a personal trainer will take care of the motivation and safety of training.
